What does a Peace of Mind Inspection entail and how much is it?
When you want to be sure that your vehicle is going to stay in good condition for years to come and through whatever adventures you set ahead for yourself, the Peace of Mind Inspection is the one for you. We go over your vehicle with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it is in good condition before going off warranty.
If there is any work that needs to be done we will make sure it gets done before warranty is up. Aspects included in the inspection are: brakes, cooling system, fluid condition, exhaust system, suspension, electrical system and it is taken for a road test. It costs $99.95.

What is Warranty?
What is the difference between Manufacturer’s Warranty and Extended Warranty?
Manufacturer warranties are direct from Chrysler and is a basic coverage that lasts for 3 years or for 60,000km (whichever comes first). It also covers the Powertrain (engine, transmission, transfer case, front wheel drive and rear & four wheel) for 5 years or 100,000km (whichever comes first). Heavy Duty Diesel offers a 5 year or 160,000km on engine (whichever comes first).
Extended Warranty offer extra coverage that can be purchased to protect you from unexpected repair costs. Our Financial Services Manager can tailor a package that best suits your driving habits and needs.
What is a Protection Plan? Can I buy it after my purchase?
Protection products that will help to keep your vehicle looking newer longer and help retain its value longer by protecting it from the harsh Canadian climate. This is done entirely in-house at our dealership and can cover the following:
1. Leather/Vinyl & Fabric Protection – prevents fading, cracking, discolouration, and stains.
2. Paint Protection – seals the paint so waxing is not needed.
3. Undercoat Protection – protects, provides insulation and reduces road noise.
4. Rust Protection – seals metal surfaces and stops rust perforation.
Protection Plans can be purchased on vehicles that are up to 5 years old.
Anyone can purchase these protection plans even if you didn’t purchase through Stettler Dodge.
Road Hazard Protection Plan – covers your rims and tires from any road debris. Covers tire or rim repair or replace, all related taxes and levies, installation and balancing. No deductibles. It is not pro-rated and is totally transferable. Available on both new and used vehicles. The Road Hazard Protection Plan is good for 5 years and has no other limitations. It can be purchased again after 5 years.
What do I need to apply for financing?
To apply for financing you will should expect to present your work paystub, social insurance number, some personal info (name, birthday, and mailing address), employment info, and mortgage and rent info.
If you have not been at your current residence (rent only) or place of employment for sufficient time you will need to provide the previous address or employment info.
You will also have to provide physical address if in rural areas.
What is my interest rate going to be?
This is very situational. Factors that effect it depend on the amount of money being borrowed, age of vehicle, credit history and term of the loan. As there is no in-house Chrysler financing the banks we approach will be competitive for your business so we will get the best rate possible for you.
Can I pay out my loan early without penalty?
Yes, all our loans are open-ended so you can payout at any time with no penalty.
What is Security Etching and what does it do?
Non-removable, police traceable identification code is permanently etched on all major glass of your vehicle and imprinted on selected body panels and then registered into national database.
If the vehicle is stolen and not recovered you get $5000 towards a replacement. If it is recovered you get up to $1000 towards comprehensive deductible.
Coverage is renewable after 5 years.
